Dragons. Wizards. Superheroes. Talking animals. Space explorers. Fairy royalty. Wise-cracking sidekicks. Legendary villains. If your imagination can dream it, we want to see it!

The Dodge County Center for the Arts (DCCA) invites artists of all ages and experience levels to enter our Fantasy & Cartoon Character Exhibit, on display July 29 through September 12.

Whether your favorite creation comes from the pages of fantasy, the world of cartoons, or your own incredible imagination, this is your chance to share it with the community. Original characters, beloved heroes, magical creatures, whimsical worlds, and larger-than-life personalities are all welcome.

Exhibit Dates: July 29 through September 12

Opening Reception

Join us on Friday, July 31, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM for an evening celebrating the artists featured in the exhibit.

The fun continues with a special afterglow collaboration featuring cast members from “Shrek the Musical,” presented by the Beaver Dam Area Community Theatre (BDACT) from July 30 through August 9. It’s the perfect pairing of fantasy, imagination, art, and live theatre!
